Applications

1. It is extensively used in oil field industry as drilling fluid with excellent performance;

2. As the camouflage acid in the leather industry;

3. As reducing agent in print and dyeing industry;

4. As road snow-dissolved agent, early strength agent of cement paste, and in carbon black manufacture, leaf fertilizer and other industries.

5. Potassium fluorosulfite can be used as a metal cleaner and degreaser to help remove surface oxides and dirt to provide a better coating or bonding surface.

6. In the electronics industry, it is used to clean the surface of semiconductor devices and electronic components, remove surface contaminants, and improve the performance and reliability of the devices.

7. Used as a disinfectant and oxidant in the field of water treatment to treat water supply and wastewater

8. Potassium fluorosulfite is often used to prepare organic synthesis intermediates, such as dyes, pharmaceutical raw materials, etc. It functions as a catalyst and oxidant to promote chemical reactions.

9. Used as a fungicide and preservative in the agricultural field to protect crops from fungi and bacteria and extend the shelf life and preservation period of agricultural products.

10. It can be used as a bleaching agent and fading agent in the textile industry.

Packing:

Solid potassium formate: Packed in woven bag lined with PP  or  PE bag of 25KGS or 1000KGS net each.

Liquid potassium formate: Packed in 1000L IBC TANK of 1570kgs net each or packed in 200L plastic drum of 320kg net each

Storage

Products should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, protected from sun and rain, and away from heat sources and fire.
The warehouse should be kept dry, and measures such as a humidifier or moisture-proof agent can be used to prevent potassium fluorosulfite from absorbing moisture and clumping, which will affect its quality and effectiveness.
The warehouse should be stored separately from acidic, alkaline substances, flammable items, etc. to avoid chemical reactions or safety accidents.
The packaging of potassium fluorosulfite stored should be intact to prevent product contamination or leakage caused by packaging damage.
Clear signs should be set up in the warehouse to indicate the storage location and precautions for potassium fluorosulfite.
